The food and beverage management certificate prepares you to take on the role of supervisor or manager in the food and beverage sectors of the hospitality industry.
This certificate applies to the restaurant management AS degree.

This certificate provides a program of study designed to prepare students for employment as supervisors and managers in the food and beverage sectors of the hospitality industry.
