Current Grades

On the FACTS website, you may view your grades captured in an unofficial transcript. When you view your transcript, you are seeing your grades in real time.

The following is an instruction sheet on how to access FACTS using your PIN number:

1. In the left navigation bar you will see the Go to FACTS Website link. Click on that link or you can click from here: http://www.facts.org/
   
   
2. When you have logged onto the FACTS website, search the left hand side. Find and click 'TRANSCRIPTS' then 'Click here to retrieve your transcript'.
   
   
3. Select your home institution by clicking the drop down box and choosing Hillsborough Community College. (click) Follow the instructions given. Your login is initially your Student ID number. This is a 7-digit number (no letters).  Your pin is your birthdate (mmddyy).
   
   
4. FACTS will begin to gather your data. Your grades, in the form of an unofficial transcript, should appear.
   
   
5. Please meet with an academic advisor at your campus if you have questions regarding your transcript.
