Ybor Campus Admissions The staff in the Admissions area is ready to assist you in completing the HCC application process. To get started, please visit the following link: http://www.hccfl.edu/ssem/enroll-in-4-easy-steps.aspx. This will guide you through the easy four-step application proccess. The Admissions staff will also determine whether you are eligible for the in-state tuition rate. Remember, you must have established your residency before the end of the drop/add period for the regularly scheduled semester in order to be eligible for the discounted in-state tuition rate. The Admissions office is colocated with the Records and Registration office in the lobby of the YLRC building.
