All HCC students, including those in distance learning classes and programs, have access to the college’s network and electronic resources. These include Hawkmail (email), NetID (personal log on information), Microsoft Office 365, and HCC Live (online technical support).
This page lists the recommended levels of technology that HCC feels distance learning students, including those in hybrid classes, should have. Continual access to this technology is essential for success in distance learning courses. While some tasks can be completed on a smart phone or tablet, a computer is strongly recommended. Please note that these are general standards, and certain classes will require additional hardware and/or software.
