Payroll Office is dedicated to the goals of ensuring that our employees are paid accurately and timely. Hillsborough Community College is committed to ensuring that all employees are paid in accordance with all federal and state statutory provisions and union contracts. If you feel you are not being paid in accordance with the above, please contact A. Michelle Baker, Payroll Manager. Additional responsibilities include issuing payments for deductions, benefits and taxes as well as filing federal, state and retirement reports.
The Payroll Department is responsible for processing payments to employees. Payment of payroll deductions and benefits are also processed through payroll. W-2 income tax forms are issued to employees by the payroll department on or before January 31st for the previous calendar year.

The office hours are from 8:00 A. M to 4:30 P. M. Monday through Friday. We are located on the 5th floor of the District Administrative Offices, 39 Columbia Drive.
