Workforce & WrenchWay

Workforce is partnering with WrenchWay to help students in Automotive Services, Diesel, and Collision get jobs!

WrenchWay is an innovative platform allowing candidates to match with employers, as well as for employers to seek qualified candidates to fill available positions. The goal is not simply to provide a similar experience to the average job board, but to help candidates find the right fit by providing information about the culture of the shop.   

Through use of the profile and reverse look-up features, candidates can feel more confident in their decisions with hope of higher job satisfaction and longer-term employment in the field. By signing students up for an account, HCC receives no financial gain or access to student accounts, just statistics that can help both current students, alumni, and future students.
