High School Students

With more than 160 different academic programs and pathways, HCC can prepare you to transfer to pursue a Bachelor's degree, or train to be a veterinary technician, and just about everything in between. See our list of academic programs here.

If you are a Florida resident, HCC's tuition and fees are one-half to one-third of the cost of a state university. HCC students were awarded more than $55 million in financial aid during the 2014-2015 academic year.

HCC offers the best of both worlds. Living at home is a great way to save money, but if you are looking for a more traditional college living experience, HCC offers Hawk's Landing Student Housing on the Dale Mabry campus. Hawk's Landing

With a student-faculty ratio of 25:1, you won't get lost in a crowded auditorium of students. You will have a chance to know your instructors, and they will know you. Plus, approximately 95% of our full-time faculty hold advanced degrees. 

Did you know that HCC has more than 100 student clubs and organizations? It's easy to get involved in anything from student government to social groups. You can also  attend sporting events—we have baseball, softball, basketball, volleyball, and tennis.
