Register for Classes 

Login to the  MyHCC Portal with your HawkMail address and password. HawkMail login information is included in the acceptance email received after you are admitted. For assistance with your login, please visit the NetID Management site.

Under 'Admissions & Registration', select 'Register for Classes in HawkGPS'. Check out a Video Tutorial or our FAQ page below for assistance.

Please Note:  You must confirm your physical address each term prior to registration. To confirm your address click your username in MyHCC then select 'Profile and Address Updates.'

Class Types

HCC offers a variety of course delivery options. Use our online search to browse class availability by type and plan your schedule without logging in!

Requires on campus attendance

  • On Campus: Meet in-person on specific days and times
  • Hybrid: Combination of in-person class and online learning (video lectures, online discussions, or activities)
  • Simulcast: Combination of in-person and online with live weekly class meetings

Does not require on campus attendance

  • Online with live class meetings: 100% online with live scheduled class meetings
  • Online no live class meetings: 100% online with no scheduled class meetings 

Spring Important Dates

For registration assistance, walk into campus or make a phone or virtual appointment to meet with an academic advisor.  

  • October 28 - November 11: Priority Registration Period
  • November 12: Financial Aid Priority Deadline 
  • December 2: Hawk Book Bundle Order Verification and Opt-Out Window Begins
  • December 6: Payment Due Date 
  • Tuesday, January 7: Full-semester classes, 1st 8-week, and 1st 5-week begin

Flexible Start Classes

  • February 3: 12-week classes
  • February 11: 10-week classes and 2nd 5-week classes
  • March 4: 2nd 8-week classes
  • March 25: 3rd 5-week classes
