Test Center Information
The following information/materials are needed on the day of testing:
- Current photo ID
- Proof of payment from the Bursar’s office (receipt) when paying fees. If paying online, please email a screenshot of your receipt to your campus testing center. Fees are charged for retakes of PERT and Accuplacer CLM, LOEP. There is also a proctor fee for CLEP, CPE, and Proctored Exams for other institutions.
Placement Testing
Placement testing is offered on a walk-in basis. On the day of testing, please bring your Placement Test Referral, a valid photo ID, and proof of payment (if applicable).
Faculty Make-Up Exams
Students with accommodations or extenuating circumstances are required to make an appointment for make-up exams. Students should schedule 24 hours ahead of time and bring a photo ID on the day of the test.
CLEP
Students must schedule an appointment at least 48 business hours in advance by emailing a test center. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time for check-in purposes. For more information on CLEP, please visit our CLEP FAQ's.
Florida Civic Literacy Exam
The State of Florida Rule: 6A-10.02413 states that students initially entering a Florida College System institution or state university in 2018-19 and thereafter must demonstrate competency in civic literacy. For more information please see our Civic Literacy webpage.
The Brandon and Dale Mabry campuses have added additional FCLE testing slots on Saturday, April 26 starting at 9AM. Use the button below to schedule your appointment.
TEAS
To schedule a TEAS, students must visit ATItesting.com. Additional questions can be directed to healthsciences@hccfl.edu.
Proctored Exams for Other Institutions
We proctor exams for students of other institutions for a fee. To schedule a proctored exam for another institution, please contact a campus test center. Students will need to bring a valid photo ID and proof of payment on the day of the test.
