PURPOSE
This administrative rule establishes College policy for awarding supplemental activity assignments to full-time College personnel.
RULE
The President is authorized to establish procedures for supplemental activity assignments for full- time personnel for duties and assignments outside of their regular work hours and areas of responsibility that are for the benefit of the College. Provisions in HCC collective bargaining agreements concerning supplemental assignments will apply for designated personnel. All staff and faculty will receive additional compensation for supplemental activity assignments as agreed prior to the activity.
