PURPOSE
This rule establishes College policy for travel and related expenses for College personnel, the Board of Trustees and other authorized personnel.
RULE
Members of the Board of Trustees and authorized College personnel may incur travel expenses in the performance of their official duties for the College and receive reimbursement in accordance with laws of the State of Florida and the rules of the Division of Florida Colleges. The traveling expenses will be limited to the necessary expenses incurred in the performance of a public purpose and within the limitations of the laws of the State of Florida.
The President will have the authority to authorize travel and related expenses in accordance with the appropriate administrative procedure.
