Studying at HCC Saves You Money!
Did you know that HCC's tuition cost is among the lowest in Florida?
Our associate degree programs are an affordable option for international students who want to earn their bachelor degree at a traditional four-year college or university. After earning an associate degree from HCC, you can move on to a four-year Florida university or college and complete your undergraduate degree in only 2 more years. Instead of paying four years of tuition at a Florida university, you pay the first two years of tuition at HCC at nearly half the cost of the four-year school, saving you tens of thousands of dollars on your U.S. higher education!

Tuition: The current non-resident tuition rate for one credit hour at HCC is $379.61. The cost of tuition for a full course of study (12 credit hours) for one term is $4,555.32 at a minimum. Other fees may apply. Tuition is paid on a term by term basis.
Housing and Meals: Housing cost is based on a one-year (12 months) lease of a one-bedroom/one-bathroom unit in a four-bedroom student apartment at Hawks Landing. Other fees may apply. Hawks Landing Student Apartments are located adjacent to the Dale Mabry Campus. HCC does not offer a meal plan.
Other Expenses: Personal expenses include entertainment, clothing, cell phone bill, transportation, and other "miscellaneous" or personal items that may vary significantly for each student. These estimated expenses can add up quickly, especially in metropolitan areas such as Tampa Bay. Students are responsible for providing their own transportation to and from the College. Discount student fare cards for the local HART bus system can be purchased at the HCC Dale Mabry, Ybor City, and Brandon campuses. HART offers a semester pass for Hillsborough Community College students for $110.00.
