HCC's Homeland Security Certificate is designed to prepare graduates for work in various Homeland Security fields including counter-terrorism, counter-intelligence, national security, or governmental security.
Additionally, the associated courses would be appropriate for anyone entering the fields of law enforcement, private security, or public administration as well as political science or risk management.

†DSC 2033 Introduction to Terrorist Tactics and Weapons - 3 cr.
†DSC 2570 Introduction to Cyber-Terrorism - 3 cr.
