HCC Plant City Envelope Repair-Repaint Project

Hillsborough Community College is seeking bids from qualified construction or building contractors for the HCC Plant City Envelope Repair and Repainting Project located at 1206 North Plant Park Road Plant City, FL 33563.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on Monday, October 28, 2024 at 2:30 pm Eastern Time (ET) at the Hillsborough Community College, Plant City Campus, 1206 North Park Road Plant City, FL 33563, Room PADM 155. All interested Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference prior to the mandatory site visit. 

Electronic Sealed bids must be submitted via WorkDay Strategic Sourcing before 10:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) according to the HCC Purchasing Department’s Strategic Sourcing time on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 at 2 p.m. at which time all sealed bids will be publicly opened and tabulated.
