If it is your first term applying for benefits you must upload additional documentation with your VA Certification Request. Please see your Chapter's requirements below.

Chapter 30 Montgomery GI Bill-Active Duty (MGIB)

  • *Application for Benefits (VA Form 22-1990)
  • Certificate of Eligibility (VA Form 1993a) (Once received)
  • Change of Program or Place of Training (VA Form 22-1995) (If necessary)

Chapter 31 Vocational Rehabilitation

Chapter 33 Post 9/11 GI Bill

  • *Application for Benefits (VA Form 22-1990)
  • Transfer of Eligibility (VA Form 22-1990E) and DOD Approval (If applicable)
