A Florida Resident Discount is available for students who are classified as an in-state Florida Resident. Students will be admitted as non-Florida residents until documentation to prove Florida Residency is submitted. Check out our residency page to find out what documents you can submit to prove Florida Residency.
Complete our online application as a former student returning. Before you begin, be sure to decide what program you wish to apply for and review our residency requirements.
After submitting your application, you will receive an email notifying you of your next steps, including information on setting up your HCC Login. Your HCC login is what you will use to access HCC online services like the MyHCC Portal, where you can check your Hawkmail email and register for classes.
Please Note: If you last attended prior to September 2021, you may have issues logging into MyHCC if you never set up your security information in your Microsoft account. If you are unable to login, you will need to contact our IT helpdesk. To contact the IT helpdesk, please call 1-877-736-2575 or submit a ticket with the online support center.
As a former student returning, you are required to complete our Online Orientation.
You must submit an official high school transcript or GED transcript and official transcripts from all colleges or trade/technical school you previously attended. See our Transcripts page for how to submit.
Check out our Paying for College page to view your options for paying tuition. Apply for financial aid by completing the FAFSA. Be sure to use the HCC school code 007870.
For advising purposes, you must provide your high school permanent record summary worksheet (if final high school transcript not received), copies of test scores, and/or unofficial college transcripts if applicable.
