FOCUS 2 guides students through a reliable, intuitive career and education decision-making model to help them choose majors offered at HCC, explore occupations and make informed career decisions. The cutting-edge design engages students in the career planning process helping them to plan for and achieve career success throughout their lifetime. The platform includes five assessments (Work Interest, Values, Personality, Leisure, and Skills) which can be combined to see occupations and majors matching multiple assessments.
