Purchasing Department

Hillsborough Community College's District Purchasing Department is designated with the authority and the responsibility to execute purchasing and procurement activities as well as written legal documents including, but not limited to: purchase orders, contracts, agreements, leases, rentals, licenses, permits, College Purchasing Card (P-Card) Program transactions, real estate and property transactions, direct materials purchases for all goods, materials, supplies, equipment, and services within the scope of services for continuing services contracts for facilities, planning, and construction management while ensuring all of the College's purchasing and procurement activities are conducted in accordance with established College Administrative Rules and Procedures, applicable rules of the State Board of Education, applicable Florida Statutes, applicable federal laws and grants, applicable local laws, including regulations and ordinances, while adhering to and complying with public ethics of good faith, transparency, and sound business practices.
