Dance AA Pathway

We are committed to integrating artistry and scholarship in dance. Faculty and students form a community, which forge connections between performance, creativity, intellectual curiosity and advocacy. This pathway is designed to meet the needs of the individual student.

This pathway is for students pursuing a four-year degree in music (performance, history, theory, composition, education or therapy). Potential careers include performing, teaching, film and video game scoring. Additional careers include arts management, publishing, audio/sound production and music business.

Art AA Pathway

Looking for an all-inclusive study of art? This pathway will not only provide the history and foundations of art, but it also trains artistic skills in a wide range of subjects including photography, painting, and drawing, among others.

Graphic Design AA Pathway

The HCC Graphic Design Associate in Arts pathway is for students who wish to pursue a four-year degree in graphic or commercial art or a related field. Careers include creating graphics for newspapers, television, web pages, magazines or any media format.

Graphic Design Production CCC

The Graphic Design College Credit Certificate is for students who wish to prepare for quick entry into the graphic or commercial art fields. The CCC focuses on the core courses in graphic design, but students can continue on to earn an AA degree.
